RAD's fiber optic modems enable transparent extension of digital networks to the customer premises at data rates from n x 64 kbps up to E3/T3. Modem cards are mounted on the LRS-24 12-slot modem rack with SNMP at the central office/POP and operate opposite standalone modems at the customer site. This solution can be used to transparently transport SDH/SONET, IP, Frame Relay or ATM services over the Local Loop with centralized SNMP management. |
