STM-1 Daisy Chain

The DXC-DFSTM-1 standard multiplexer terminal module supports daisy chain connectivity. The DXC grooms traffic for a variety of services such as n x 64 kbps and E1. DXC connects directly to a tributary port on the STM-n ADM. With DXC, the total, maximum capacity of each site in the building or campus is 61 Mbps, while the link itself can be up to 155 Mbps.
